Job Position: Full-Time Senior Digital Marketing Trainer | Full-Time Digital Marketing Trainer

Job Brief:

Key Responsibilities

– To deliver course material as per the pre-decided curriculum

– To create/update course material

– Innovate and improve teaching methods and processes basis past classroom experiences

-Good knowledge of all courses offered by Operating Media, ranging from Website Development, SEO, Social Media, PPC, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, etc.

– To customize and deliver course material to individuals and groups depending on their understanding of the topic.

Other Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

– To be on the constant hunt for case studies, trends, and best practices in the digital space to be able to provide the proper references in class

– To monitor student progress and make recommendations to the reporting manager if any interventions are needed to bridge the gap

– To create and evaluate MCQs, Pre, and Post-test to measure the impact of courses delivered

– To maintain appropriate records of classroom training delivered and new resources created

Prerequisites:

– 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, existing classroom training experience is a must.

– Great communication skills and ability to deliver course material with complete confidence

Fluent oral as well as written communication skills

Should be punctual and disciplined to ensure all training begins and ends on time and do full justice to the topic delivered

– Good people skills and should have a passion for teaching and the Digital Marketing space in general Education.
