Position 1 – Counselor
Responsibilities: Contact the leads generated by various marketing sources and schedule counseling with them. Explain them the details about various courses we offer over phone, email and in person. Overlook the admission procedure and manage fees, receipts, etc. Schedule classes by coordinating with trainers and informing students accordingly. Maintain constant communication with trainers and students so that the training process is completed smoothly. Assist students with the certification and job placement post completion of the course.
Qualifications: Graduate, good with computer, fluent in spoken and written english.
Position 2 – Trainer, Social Media Marketing
Responsibilities: Teach students how to create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules. Show them how to use social media effectively including advertising, product development, and brand management. Provide training and guidance on social media implementation best practices and strategies. Train them on how to collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits and how to use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns. Teach on reporting the performance and growing social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Qualifications: Graduate, experience of atleast 3 years with a social media profile, fluent in spoken and written english.
Position 3 – Trainer, Search Engine Optimization
Responsibilities: Show students how to conduct site audits and competitive analysis. How to strategize around and implement on and off-page SEO efforts. How to conduct keyword research and analysis and exercise SEO best practices to ensure high rankings in Google and other search engines. Teach them the best practices for on-site and technical enhancements. Reporting, data analysis, monitoring and solving crawling issues and page errors. How to manage and optimize page titles, tags, descriptions etc. and make sure they are optimized for proper keyword focus and provide content to match search intent. How to conduct keyword research and provide recommendations for content creation.
Qualifications: Graduate, experience of atleast 3 years with a search engine optimization profile, fluent in spoken and written english.
